Please make your art reference look as military as humanely possible, we are going to begin to push back applications with art that has clothing that does not thematically fit the group. Having a bright hair streak is fine or even pink hair (just not neon), but try to remember that the art reference is what you usually wear when you are on field if not using a specialist outfit. There are references available in the gallery for what your OC should be wearing. You can put a civilian outfit on the application ONLY if you have the military version. Some classes will be able to wear more organic clothing such as medical personnel and Infiltration.

Combat uniforms can vary, usually sigma uniforms are muted or black. The basic uniform appears as riot gear, Each uniform has lights built into it, which can be turned off and on at the will of the owner. Uniforms do not differentiate between classes, barring the MED class, which bears a red cross on it.

Many operatives are advised that many jobs will be undertaken in attire that should not stand out from the crowd. The idea that blending in with citizens is important to maintaining the safety, integrity and anonymity of operatives is one that Sigma stresses greatly.
Sigma operatives are expected to dress respectfully, the dress code should be clothing appropriate for the working environment. Operatives are expected to use their best judgement.

Three special uniforms that are available to troops in times of prolonged and military conflict. These should not be considered the staple type of uniform for the majority of troops, and you will be advised when to wear these in mission debrief.
Disruptive pattern uniform
Each operative is supplied with a uniform suited to blending into green and brown foliage.

Multicam
Designed for a wider range of conditions than the two above, this is used for environments that might shift in colours often.
Scientific uniform
These are lab coats that are a pristine white, the uniform can be buttoned up and even sealed up with the appropriate gloves and mask. Safety glasses are a mandatory part of the uniform.
Arctic /heavy winter uniform
An insulated uniform appropriate for cold conditions.
Contamination gear
Gear appropriate for preventing infection or the spread of hazardous materials/particles to individuals.

Each and every operative is at least trained to manage a Ruger Model six revolver in case of emergency.
Operatives who have SOL training, can select 1 hand to hand style from the following: [Unifight],[Sanshou],[Sambo],[Systema],[Krav Maga] or [ARB Army Hand-to-Hand fight].
Field operatives are each assigned a combat knife, though not all classes are expected to use it [Ie. MED]
▶ E Q U I P M E N T_
You are provided an ID that comes in a leather wallet, like the police and Federal agents, it carries weight and allows operatives to investigate crime scenes. Sigma is recognised as an independent firm by many countries. The ID should have a green line on the edge of the card, and when held in the light the sigma symbol should appear.
Identification lenses, ID lenses show the class symbol of the character under a special type of blacklight. This is used to identify members of Sigma and discreetly show membership.
You are given a set of earphones, and a work mobile to communicate with others. Additionally, there are less covert communication items such as walkie talkies that can be hung off a ring on the uniform.
The sigma mobile phones are patented to Sigma only, they are shock proof, water proof and contain high resolution cameras. They are sleek and almost as thin as a wallet, easily fitting in a back pocket. The batteries are made to last for several days at a time, however they need replacing from time to time as the batteries age or are mistreated. Sigma has developed applications used to identify and catalogue individuals, use these applications to identify previously encountered individuals or add new profiles. Newer models are in production, with sigma attempting to make durable mobiles that are attached to the wrist or another similar form.

Below are the following armour benefits, these are simple designs to see how power armour works out until we can balance things and make them more impressive.
Power armour is generally patented and made in the TEC bay, sigma produces both generic sets (when they're feeling cost effective) and unique sets of armour, each different set offers a boost to the character's current array of powers. In some cases, offering a method to break through the stat cap of [12] by one step [14], but only temporarily and while it is in use. Power armour generally also offers a flat defense to the wearer, making them more likely to survive dangerous encounters. And in the case that the power armour goes down, the user typically has the option to eject from the suit and run to live another day. In rare circumstances however, this may not be an option as exiting the suit can leave on vulnerable to a attack from particularly quick enemies before the user can escape, this is generally done via a case to case basis though.

Weapons are stored on base in the armory, dispensary and storage. Sigma operatives are not to carry weaponry on base unless they are the designated patrol members for their shift or undergoing training at a gun range. Each time a gun is borrowed it is signed in to a member's serial number, any misconduct with the firearm or weapon may cause reprimand and punishment.
Weapons are not assigned to any operative that is deemed a mental health risk to themselves or others, during the period where they are experiencing mental disturbance or illness they will be locked out of the armory and assignments.

1. They need to fit a modern setting.
2. They should blend in within human society easily.
3. Nothing that belongs in a “mid/high-fantasy” type world, if you can tweak something fantastic to fit a lower key setting than it is fine.
